LEGACY PRICING FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS
It is important to continue renewing your Legacy AMP (Annual Maintenance Plan) to keep your right to permanent licensing. This sale is a chance to upgrade without getting locked in. The PCLaw-Time Matters company has gone to a subscription-only model for new and old customers. That means the software works only when the subscription is active. As a legacy customer, you have a right to stop paying and still keep your software working; however, if your AMP expires you cannot upgrade or add users.
As a legacy customer, you can keep your AMP in force at the $39 per user per month pricing. That preserves your right to upgrade and add users and delivers all the new web-based features that have been and will be added. You also receive live Technical Support Monday through Friday, 12 hours per day and access to PCLaw-Time Matters web resources.
You can let the AMP expire at any time and still keep your software.
FUTURE UPGRADE PRICING FOR CUSTOMERS WITH EXPIRED AMPS
If you miss out on the October 2020 sale, here’s what your fees will be if you need to upgrade or add users.
Time Matters / Billing Matters customers who own the software and are not on an active AMP can upgrade from an older version. To upgrade, you need to pay True Up fee of $39 per user for each month since your AMP expired. That can add up!
For example, if you have three users and your AMP expired 24 months ago, you would pay a True Up fee of $2880 ($39 x 3 x 24) and $1404 for next 12 months of the AMP. With the October Sale, you pay only $1404. That’s 1/3 of the standard cost to reinstate!
