When you have Document records in Time Matters, you can easily send a Document link to a co-worker.
TM Messenger makes it easy for you to let someone know that a document is ready for review, mailing or another action.

Time Matters includes an excellent utility for searching the full text of all the documents on your server or main computer. You may choose to include all the document folders or select just the folders you want your people to be able to search. To set up the indexer, see the Time Matters documentation for:

AutoEntry Forms save time for new documents by:
Assigning Classification Codes
Saving them in the correct folders
Optionally using a Document Template such as Letterhead or Pleadings
Optionally filling in variables such as Regarding Line and File Number
Optionally insert the Signer's Name and Title

In the Time Matters Document Management System lets you check out a document, preventing conflicts if two users try to change the same document.
You can customize the Time Matters document management system to specify Client and Matter field names that differ from the default choices: Contact Name and Matter Name.
If you are replacing the computer or drive storing the Document folders used by Time Matters, you will need to make some changes. On every user computer, you will need to change a setting in Time Matters File Locations.
