Customizing Power View to Add a Field

In this example, the Address 2 field is added to the Form View for Contacts.

Form View for Contacts is:
(Document Folder)\template\powerview\Contact\Form View(C).htm

In the example, below, the Address 2 field {CON:CON1_02_04}<br /> is added 
to the Customized Power View. Only part of the Power View code is shown. 
Tab characters are used to indent the lines but do not affect the display 
of the Power View in Time Matters.
