GoToAssist - Highly Secure Screen-Sharing

GoToAssist, by Citrix Online, allows you to share your screen with us. It uses state-of-the-art security and leaves nothing on your PC after a session.

Reinstall Java

You may need to reinstall Java software for GoToAssist to work properly.

To reinstall Java:

1. If you have tabs open in your Web browser, close them.
2. Go to: java.sun.com/getjava   (Don't type "www")
   or: manual download
3. Click on Free Java Download.
4. Click on Agree and Start Free Download
5. Click on Run, Run. You may need to click Save and Run, Run. Or in the Firefox Downloads window or folder, double-click on jxpiinstall.exe
6. Click on Install.
7. Click on Close.
8. Close your Web browser and open it again.
