Three CIC panelists and an audience of CICs spent an hour offering a variety of answers to questions about what factors make for successful LexisNexis product software training. You can download a detailed listing of the questions and answers here.

The 2007 CIC Conference session,"Effective Product Training," was held on October 19. 2007 and again on October 20, 2007. At present (10/20) just the questions and answers from the first session are available. Visit this page again soon to check for materials from the second session.
