In the Time Matters Document Management System lets you check out a document, preventing conflicts if two users try to change the same document.
You can customize the Time Matters document management system to specify Client and Matter field names that differ from the default choices: Contact Name and Matter Name.
If you are replacing the computer or drive storing the Document folders used by Time Matters, you will need to make some changes. On every user computer, you will need to change a setting in Time Matters File Locations.
